Homemade Fruit Ice Pops | Homemade Healthy Rocket Lollies

These super easy ice pops are the perfect healthy refreshment for a sunny day. I made a couple of variations and they can easily be changed to what you prefer.

The quantity you put in depends on the size of the mould that you’re going to be using so don’t worry about strict measurements, just include what you like to the quantities that you like.

Homemade Fruit Lolly-pops

 

 

 

 

 

 


INGREDIENTS:

– Coconut Water
– Fresh fruit of your choice

You will also need an ice-pop mould set

FOR THE ROCKET LOLLIES

  1. Take some fruit of your choice. I used strawberries, mango and kiwi. Raspberries could be used as an alternative to keep the colours
  2. Take one fruit at a time, starting with the red fruits and blend them to a purée
  3. Pour an equal amount of each liquid into the moulds, then repeat with the mango and kiwi
  4. Place the lid/stick over each mould
  5. Store in the freezer overnight or until completely frozen

FOR THE COCONUT FRUIT POPS:

  1. Take some fruit of your choice, I used blueberries, strawberries and kiwi
  2. Chop them up into small pieces
  3. Place the fruit into the ice pop mould
  4. Fill the mould with coconut water, leave a little room so they don’t overflow when freezing
  5. Insert the lids/sticks
  6. Pop in the freezer overnight or until completely frozen

 

To remove the ice pop a little easier it can help to warm the outside with warm water
