September Style Diary

Autumn is definitely my favourite season for fashion. I like the thin layers, being able to keep covered but not having to wear a huge winter coat that hides your entire outfit. Although coats do seem to be my little obsession in winter, I can’t resist a new coat.

Last year I was obsessed with thigh high boots, I first bought the heeled pair which I loove but I wanted some that I could wear to go shopping too and that’s just not possible for me in heels. I’m just so glad that they’re making a reappearance already.

There’s just something about this dress that makes me feel super relaxed and girly. Slight difficulty in actually putting it on but once on it’s really comfy, light and floaty. I love this outfit for a fairly relaxed look plus it’s perfect for shopping due to these boots being flat.

Recently I’ve been changing how I dress quite a lot and have been trying much more casual looks, although I love wearing ‘dressy’ clothes sometimes it just isn’t right for the occasion.

Since buying these boots I’ve not really had the chance to wear them so I’m looking forward to doing just that this Autumn, I love the colour – although I’m not entirely sure how I like the black bag/brown boot combo – and it’s perfect for Autumn but I do think that I’d wear them a little more if they were black. I remember trying to stay away from black footwear when I bought them because pretty much every pair of shoes I owned was black, they just go with everything though! Which is probably why at least half of my shoes are still black…

What’s your go to Autumn clothing?
